Guarantee Details

We are so confident that you will pass any corresponding exam by using Careersaver software, that if you fail the test you qualify for a refund!

To qualify for a refund you must:

• Be the registered purchaser of the Careersaver product
• Fail the corresponding exam only once
• Pass two Careersaver Simulated Examinations as proof
• Contact Careersaver to claim this guarantee and provide the following within 60 days of purchase:
  -  Proof of purchase
  -  Copy of Documents of exam scores for failed test
  -  Copy of Documents of exam scores for 2 pass attempts from the Skillsaver simulated exam section

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Any returned orders without an RMA# will not be accepted. It is recommended that returns be sent to Careersaver via UPS or Federal Express.

This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from Careersaver. Shipping is non-refundable. Returns of this type must be received by Careersaver or postmarked no later than 30 days after the failed exam date. Maximum refund applicable for exam cost reimbursement is $250.
